 MASM SERVE
This is a Chronic medicine benefit facility that provides members with access to chronic Medication.
o All chronic illnesses including Asthma, Diabetes, hypertension (high Blood pressure) etc. are covered.
o The Society pays 50% for EXE members on all chronic medication; 80% for VIP Members for chronic generic drugs (CGDs) and 50% for chronic branded drugs (CBDs).
o MASM Serve application forms are available from MASM offices and the Registered service providers.
o MASM Access letters are produced after completion and delivery of the form.
o This allows members to get chronic medication from various service providers as long as they have registered with MASM at the mentioned coverage.

 MASM @ UR DOORSTEP
This is an alternative MASM contribution payment facility.
The product was formulated to handle the following:
• Handling and processing of new membership applications.
• Handling and processing payments for membership contributions through
- Direct deposits
- Standing orders
- ATM Machines
- These transactions will be linked direct to a MASM Special Account number 0020366245066
This product among other things will provide our members, both current and prospective with:
- Convenience in processing payments and new membership applications.
- Peace of mind as they will be assured their money is in safe hands.
- There will be no breaks in their medical cover.
The Facility can be accessed in all NBS Bank branches spread throughout
the country Masm

 MASM AID FOR AIDS
This is an HIV/ AIDS management programme which provides cover
o its members requiring medication for HIV/AIDS at no extra fee.
o The treatment being offered is TRIOMMUNE.
o The drugs will only be available from certified Service Providers.
o No wait period for access to the drugs.
o Eligible members will be required to choose a clinic from the provided list from which they will obtain the drugs.
o Only one service provider will be chosen. Members may however, change clinics
Provided the right transfer procedures are followed.
o The chosen service provider will manage the whole process for the member including consultation and counseling when needed.
• The Society will only pay for a month’s supply of Triommune at a time.

 FAMILY ACCOUNT
This facility was designed with members with large families in mind.
This facility provides relief to members with large families when it comes to payment
of contribution
• Suitable for large families, with over 5 family members
• This facility is applicable for family members
• Under his facility the first four individuals in the family pay 100% for their contribution fees but from the fifth member onwards contribution fees are paid at 50% Discounted rates.
• This facility is applicable to Econoplan, Executive and VIP Schemes only.

 PENSIONERS ACCOUNT
The pensioner’s facility provides relief to long serving members that have been loyal to the society by giving back to them in the form of discounted contribution rates
• To qualify for this facility, a member must satisfy the following:
• Be applicable for individuals above the age of 65years and must have retired from any economic activity
• Must have been a member of MASM for 15 years
• Once an individual qualifies, their contribution fess will be reduced by 50% upon meeting the mentioned points and disclosing that information to MASM.
• This facility is applicable to Econoplan, Executive and VIP Schemes only.
