This facility was introduced in the year 2007 to provide emergency evacuation to MASM members in particular and the general public at large.- To access the facility, there is no call charge for all MASM members. With this, all MASM members can use the facility within a radius of 30km from the EMS base at no extra cost. Beyond this, there is a to and from K50.00/km charge to all MASM members which is shortfalled according to scheme.
- All EMS firm members pay a call charge of K7,500.00 to access the facility and they can use the facility at no extra charge to them within a 30 kilometer radius from the EMS base.
- Beyond the 30km radius there is a to and from K100.00/km charge to all EMS firm members.
- For the general public, there is a K15,000.00 call up charge for them to access the facility and they can use the facility at no extra cost to them within a 30 kilometer radius from the EMS base.
- There is a to and from K350.00/km charge for the general public.
- All procedures done and medication administered in the ambulance are charged separately.
